This study was designed with action research to explore the participants' cultural context and lived experiences in The Vietnamese Christian Education Center's (TVCEC) citizenship program and derive missiological implications from these research findings... The study establishes the blueprint and suggests action steps for TVCEC's future training. The Vietnamese diaspora in the United States, other diaspora communities, and American churches can consider and ultimately implement TVCEC's citizenship program as the first step to building relationships with people and witnessing about God in their communities.
