A collection of 30 guided meditations based on the Gospels. It is designed chiefly for use by groups who want to pray in a different way―by doing prayer in a way that is aimed at strengthening our relationship with Jesus. This experience of group meditation builds up each person, and all together, in a way that allows growth in the individual and in the community. The book includes instructions for the group leader. Each chapter contains the scripture reference, a retelling of the story, a meditation, and reflection questions. These meditations have been used in congregations, in retreat settings, and in various other settings. Appropriate for small groups including Emmaus reunion groups.
